Help me.

Hey,I'm 14 and I know im gay. But other "real" friends dont know it (My internet friends know it). I want to say it a friend. But I am scared to the reaction. Maybe he laugh at me. Or he dont like me anymore. That is the big problem.Maybe he is homophobic and he hate me. Maybe he tell it everyone.Plz help me :(
