Help Identifying a movie

I was wondering if anyone could help identify a movie/documentary that I watched years ago. I've searched Google to no avail. The movie was shot sort of documentary style. This guy tracks down a gay man (i believe he's a model) who he seems infatuated with and they begin a relationship. If I remember correctly, the movies titled was named after the model, so one word. A personal camera was used to record the movie. It was streamed on either netflix or Amazon. I know that is a lot of vague information but it's one of those things that is on the tip of my tongue and driving me crazy! Thank you!
