Too sensitive for sex

Im a bottom but sex hurts ALOT, i cant even get sucked cuz the feeling is soo sensitive and intense that i cry and writh. Also jerking off hurts so i hump to cum. But even then when im with a guy i cant cum or orgasm even. Idk if im scared or shy or if its broken. I think this might be due to my well umm i got circumcised when i was a baby but i still have some foreskin and it covers a bit of my head. Any ideas on how to get used to it or make sex at least tolerable?
