[NSFW] A stereotype I don't understand.

Am I part of some rare breed of person who is perfectly fine after anal? Never once have I had sharp pains in my ass or the inability to walk correctly after having sex. And of all the people I've had sex with whom are bottoms, they've never once expressed pain of any sort during or after sex. Is this just some silly, incorrect stereotype?
