Proper confused (long post)

So, this subject relates to a guy I've posted about a couple times before. The straight friend I started hanging out with and he ended up moving to me, he's also the bipolar friend I've mentioned in comments too.The reason I post about him this time is because I've been thinking about how he has been acting over the past couple years and in retrospect, I'm very sure he is gay and in the closet and I'm very sure he's into me as well. If you guys could read this and give your third party opinions in the comments I'd be forever grateful, I'm looking for fully honest replies as to what you guys think!So in 2016 I invited him over for food and he ended up asking me for a massage (think that post is still on my page, read up on it for context).Then last September on him and his gfs six month anniversary he asked to see me before he left for university in anither city and county (me, then in Leeds, him in Preston (UK)). We got drunk and he kept having me drink more and more whisky with him not drinking as much as me, then when I was plastered he said he wanted to give me something and proceeded to jack me off, as is normal for every straight guy??The few months after me and him hooked up he didn't talk to me but then he would talk to me on and off etc, like we would talk, get along great and get closer, then he would cut me off. Now you could say that he's just being a fuckboy, I am respective of this, but every now and then he will send me links to songs like Blem (drake), Dilemma (Kelly Rowland and Nelly), and I Just Can't Stop Loving You (Michael Jackson) and other songs with such a theme to them. And he would tell me how this song describes how he feels about me and how he wants us to be etc.He's even blocked me on Facebook and refused to unblock me and won't tell me why. I did ask him and he said it's not because of anything I do, or anyone else. So surely that means it's for his sakes he has blocked me?He called me on valentine day this year and I straight up, deadass asked him if he's gay, initially in a jokey tone and he just went silent, so I asked him again with a clear inflection that shows I'm not being serious, to which he stayed silent again. Then I asked him seriously the third time and after a few seconds of thinking he clapped back at me with 'only for you babe'. That's dead booky man if you ask me like. He also likes me to grab, tap and slap his bum whenever I see him and kiss him too. In addition to this he will tell me in phone conversations that he loves me, and whenever I see him (occasions being few and far between now we live apart) and we say goodbye, he reached up for a hug on his toes (him being 5ft3 and me 6ft2) and tells me he loves me. He still had his girlfriend at this moment in time. It's their one year anniversary on the 14th of march.I appreciate this can be banter and I could well be reading into it too closely I'm sure but they're ay he acts is just off. He goes long periods of not talking to me and then loves to talk to me whenever we do talk. And he talks with me about 'next time we have sex' as we have agreed to keep having sex until one of us wants to back out, this is no matter who we meet, marry, or have kids with in life.As said above, the way he acts of just really off and weird, there's all sorts of other petecal details of stuff that he's done thats a sign he's into me but i CBA listing them here.So, based on that, what would you guys say?
