How to date?

So regardless of the fact that I'm out and have been out for well over a year I still have absolutely no idea how to find a guy that wants to actually date rather than just fuck. I know being a trans female (an thus technically straight) comes into play a lot when I am looking to date men but I just have no idea where or how to meet decent men who actually want to date.I mean do I continue to look in the Gay community or should I look in the straight community? Because honestly I get nibbles from both but rarely anyone wants to do anything rather than fuck.
