How do I come out to my mom and dad?

Hey Reddit! I recently came to terms with the fact that I am gay. I spent my whole life (23M) trying to make it work with many women, because it was the way I thought it was "supposed to be". I come from a very conservative south eastern US family who raised me to believe that being gay was wrong. (my parents are Trump supporters...ew) Now I am faced with the harrowing task of telling my parents. They still help me with bills and sometimes rent so im worried that if I tell them they wont talk to me or give me support. I dont have many friends because i just moved to a new city so im looking to my fabulous reddit community for help! What should i do? How should i approach this situation? Any and all advice is appreciated, thanks :)
