Kinda stright but Like a guy

So iv have consider myself to be 100% straight until I meet this gay guy I started to work with. After time I started to have feeling for him. He texted me and told me he like me but respects that I’m stright and all I told him how I felt and we been I guess talking (we did kiss) but the bit I need help On is that I really don’t see my self coming out to everyone soon so Idk if I should try to talk this out or let it flow idk
