Wrong message

Hey guys. I was just thinking about this and I thought I ask your opinions on the matter. Don't you think that "it gets better" is kind of a wrong message to send to gay people around the world? ( as many of us aren't in the US). I mean, it may get better for some but for others it never will and it's not very good to push the idea of coming out to people that would have many problems if they do so. Or to lie straightforward to a person's face, saying "you will find love" when the truth is that so many of us never will. I don't know, it just seems stupid to me. What do you think?
