Would u ask a guy out if you knew almost nothing about him???

Im bad at description but long story short im interested in this random guy in my class sit next to him we talk to pass time ya know but besides that idk if hes gay or bi or anything but hes nice and im not the type to ask someone out personally never had a real realtionship.
