So, how do you tell somebody you're interested in dating?

So I know this mind blowingly attractive guy who is around my age, so I got his number and started to text him sometimes. Then last night I came out as bi to him via text(He's really popular with everyone, so we don't really hang out, because I'm kind of an outcast), and he was cool with it. Now that's out of the way, I want to tell him I'm into him. How exactly does one do this?I can't exactly take the same approach as I did with coming out to them, because I basically just got bored and went 'I'm bi', to cut straight through the hinting game, but telling somebody you're into them probably isn't the same, is it?
