Have any of you been to prison before or know anything about them or the gay life in them?

Have you? If not, what is gay life like in prison? Are there a few wealthy people in prison, or is it mostly discriminated against certain races and socioeconomic standings. I'm not a prisoner just criminal justice and prisons interest me.
