Which players from S21-S29 are locks to come back for a new All Stars?

I was thinking about if there was going to be another All Stars, there might not be a lot of room for many wildcard castings which is awesome in my eyes. There are quite a lot of previous players that are pretty much locks for CBS to bring back. Lets say survivor finally gets the go ahead for a new all stars and has to cast 20 previous players from S21-S29. Survivor would have to call it something different to All stars as to avoid any attachment to the previous all stars too.

Obviously you can do it two ways; 3 tribes or 2 tribes. I prefer the 2 tribe HvV to the 3 tribe All Stars so im going to stick with 2 tribes.

Next step is to pick at least 2 people from previous seasons when at all possible but for seasons like Caramoan or South Pacific, it is understandable to pick one or none. I think having no more than 4 players from a season sounds pretty fair for both the viewers and the players, as well as no more than 2 players from the same season. Bare in mind that CBS and casting are going to want to fill certain token type personalities such as token black person, asain person, gay person, ex-athlete, bikini chick etc

Here's the list I came up with in a descending.

Season 29 SDJS: Josh and Jeremy I would say are absolute locks and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Natalie is been highly praised and would assume she would come back. Keith is possible too depending on if they want the the older white male but his lack of game awareness might stop him from being on.

Season 28 Cagayan: Tony, Spencer and Kass are absolute locks, super fans also and would instantly come back. Woo is another possible just because he fits the Asian token stereotype.

Season 27 BvW; Hayden, Ciera and Vytas are pretty much locks as far as fan favourites go and are competent enough players.

Season 26 Caramoan Reynold or Eddie MAYBE but that really just depends on if they want to cast a Caramoan represent. I think Eddie would be more inclined to go back where as Reynold probably wouldn't.

Season 25 Philippines RC and Abi would be for sure locks based on their rivalry alone. Malcolm is to popular to not return. Lisa and Denise I hesitate a little bit on whether they are locks, mostly based on the "older lady" role they would fit and they also have decent fan bases, Denise is especially thought very highly of as far as winners go.

Season 24 One World Kim is a lock, has stated she would love to come back to an All Stars after her child has aged enough, she might not go it All Stars was S31.

Season 23 South Pacific Sophie has a strong loyal fan base but considering the way she was editted, im not sure CBS has as much faith in her.

Season 22 Redemption Islands Andrea might be a possible lock if they are looking for a represent or need another young female.

Season 21 Nicaragua Marty, Jane and Fabio are people i think would be considered pretty heavily but ultimately not locks. Jane and Marty fulfil the older people character type and have pretty solid fan bases, Fabio is a loveable goofball that was a winner a lot of people were satisfied with.

Having a go at sorting out tribes, this is what it might look like if my choices were close.

By the looks of it, it seems as thought 13/20 spots are pretty much taken so far, i tried to be as un biased as i could but it just seems impossible the people i listed as locks do not get called into casting for a new All Stars.
