Same-sex parents out there, what nick-names did your kids settle on?

My husband and I were chatting today about future kids and I asked about what names would the kids use when referring to us individually. What have your kids settled on? Like is one person papa, and the other is dad? One mom and the other mommy?It not a huge issue, but I am wondering how it all shakes out.
