Best city to live as a gay immigrant

21M Closeted Indian gay looking to pursue Masters in Finance/Accounting and afterwards settling abroad. Where are my best chances to live as I am after coming out and with the least racism? Preferred country is Australia but have read quite a bit about racism. Also how does ethnic gay acceptance vary between Sydney, Melbourne and Perth? Open to moving anywhere as long as I can live as myself, please do share any useful information you may have.
