Anxiety/Rape Question

Hi all,I have a concern and I'd like an honest answer about what could be going on.I went out with a couple friends and got drugged (No test was done, but I drank under my limit.)When I woke up/ or came to, I was on a bench outside of someone's house, about a 23 minute walk from where I was with my friends.When I woke up I don't remember feeling particularly weird like anything sexual had happened. I flexed my butthole both ways the next day and nothing felt really weird. However, I've been having a pain whenever gas moves to my anus, but not when I flatulate.Anyway what I really wanted to ask was, would I have known on waking up if I had anal sex or not?The time period I was out or blacked out was 4 hours. And I have a history of hemerroids and bleed continuously for a few days if I have a big bowel movement.Sorry if this question is offensive, but honestly should I be fine?
