STD or something worse??

I had sex for the first time in April 2016. I was in a committed relationship and in September 2016 I noticed some pain when I woild go to the bathroom. I tried some UTI medication to see if that was the issue but I was still in pain.My doctor then checked my urine and it came back clean. I brought up if it could be something sexual and they kind of just blew it off. I had some stronger antibiotics to try and those did not work either.I finally had tests that led to the discovery of tumors in my bladder that would have to be scraped out. This took place in February 2017. I hoped I had finally reached the end of this nightmare but nope. I was still in pain a month later and they checked urine again and it was negative. I brought up STD again and they checked the two most common ones. Whatever they are, I’m not sure. I’ve been through so many testings I can’t keep up. They came back negative though.Another month went by and still in pain. They did 6 weeks of injections In my bladder. And still in pain. This was June 2017 and finally I said I need a break. I was getting so mich anxiety from having the anticipation of getting things shoved inside my penis it was just too much to take.Here I am months and months later again and it is still bothering me. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. Is it possible they missed something simple? I have no warts or bumps or discharge or anything. So I’m just not sure what to expect since all the procedures and tests I’ve done come back negative. It’s been 16 months with this pain and it sucks. It constantly feels like someone is tugging on my penis. And it starts to hurt a bit more when I go to the bathroom. Any ideas??
