Need some help, thanks.

As in any highschool, people tend to form groups, including me. I became friends with many people at my school and ended up pulling two "friend groups" together. My friend, say his name is "luke", who i met as a freshman and am now in a kind of closeted relationship with and we hadn't seen each other for a while and wanted to just chill and do whatever but we ended up having to invite another friend, for storys sake we'll call him "Chris". Most people think that "chris" can be really fucking annoying and there are a few people in the group that really dont like him but "luke" and I are understanding of him and we really dont think he's that bad. Anyways, we had invited him over instead of saying no right to his face. We thought inviting him wouldnt be a horrible idea, which it wasnt, but I personally regret it. The night started out normal enough and we just hung out and smoked and whatever. I had been noticing that "chris" had been saying weird stuff compaired to normal and had been acting kind of weird, first off, if we are smoking, weed that is, and "luke" were to do a smoke trick or something, "chris" would say something along the lines of, "Thats so fucking hot, whenever you do that I just want to like fuck you." He says this in a joking enough way to not have anyone really notice or give a shit, but i find its kinda weird. That has happened much more than once and similar things happen quite alot. When we got back inside from a quick sesh, -10°c weather, and went up to my room to just chill, maybe play some games, watch netflix, whatever. Through the night, "chris" had been a little touchy, at one point "chris" leaned up against "luke" from behind wraped his arms around his neck. I was instantly given a semi-surprised and annoyed look from "luke" as he tried to break free. He tends to give me those looks that say 'what the fuck is this guy doing' when shit like that happens, which it has alot. Later in the night, "chris" was either downstairs or in the bathroom. "Luke" and I were watching netflix and laying on the bed, we were kinda cuddling and he had is arm around me, all that jazz. "Chris" came back a few minuites later and layed down on the opposite side of "luke" and tried to rest his head on him, "luke" kind of just pushed him away and I looked up and got that same look from him. Most people in our group dont really like him and "luke" and I have given him many chances and personally, i'm tired of his shit, its not limited to what I said before, he does alot of annoying shit. I dont want to just ignore him or say straight to his face "fuck off" but I really dont know how I should deal with him. It's clearly become an annoyance to "luke" and I can see why. "Chris" tries to get closer to him at any given chance. This isnt me being jealous, it's me being annoyed. I'm not sure how to deal with this whole thing, maybe talk with "luke" and come out to our friends together because that would work to tell him to fuck off, but i really dont want to have to go that far. Any input is helpful, thanks.
