Manly vs Queen / Social Integration

This is something that I know have been a controversy before, but let's see if we can have a real debate regarding this topic.The opinion of many is that gay men doesn't have the need to act more queer/like a woman, just for the fact that they are gay, therefor is they who is to blame for the lack of social integration of gay people within the communities as they will be afraid. But hey, in a way I don't what my 3rd grade math teacher to be yelling "YAS MAMA" every time a kid is right.In the other hand, gay men say society is the one who have to adapt to the gay men acting like that, otherwise it's discrimination, which it is.What is your opinion on this topic?
