Curved penis and anal sex

Hi guys, just wanted your opinion. So, as long as i can remember my penis has always been curved upwards. Not a slightly curve, but 45 degrees upwards, like a banana. My question is, do you think i can still give anal? Is it better for hitting the prostate or will i hurt the bottom? Otherwise, do you think I'd better need suegery? If anyone ever had any experience with someone with a similar curve i'd like to read about it.
