STD?? Or worse??

Okay so April 2016 I had sex for the first time with a committed boyfriend. In September 2016 I noticed some pain in going to the bathroom. I tried getting some medicine because maybe it was an UTI. a few weeks went by and it still was not helping. I finally was referred to an urologist and they tested my urine a few times and said it did not seem to be anything wrong. I was on some antibiotics either way to try and see if it would help. There was still a lot of pain and so they did more tests and ultra sound only to find out I had tumors “bacteria” inside me. In February 2017, I had a procedure done where they scraped my bladder and removed it. Fast forward to April 2017 and I was still in the same pain. I then went through 6 weeks of treatments in which they injected medicine through my penis and that still did not help. Now here I am 16 months later and still feeling basically the same.Some additional notes. In March 2016 I finally brought up STD testing again and they were all convinced that had nothing to do with it and they did finally test me for the two most common things and they came Back negative. I am not in a relationship with that guy from April anymore but I still asked him if he ever messed around and he said he didn’t. And I had/have no reason to not believe him either.I did (foolishly) have some unprotected sex with a guy in September 2017 but again, this issue has been going on for a year before that.I guess I’m just sort of wondering if anyone ever went through something like this? If I’m missing something? I haven’t been tested again since March 2017 because I’ve been afraid of all the testing after all of the fucked up stuff I’ve had to go through. Have things shoved in your penis hole over and over is terrifying. I’m also worried that I have to get another surgery or I have something really wrong with me. And I’m super annoyed at all the stuff I went through and none of it even helped.I have a constant dull pain in my penis every day. When I start to go pee it hurts a bit more then goes back to just feeling like someone is pulling on my dick all day. I never had any bumps or puss or any other major warning signs from STD. I notice that my cum never shoots or sprays anymore. It sort of just drips out and sometimes it looks yellow. I brought this up to the doctors and they didn’t think it was an issue. I used to spray all over and a ton of it but now not so much.Just really annoying going through all of This and idk what to do.
