"Religious freedom" bills get a lot of negative attention (with good reason) because they make discrimination based on sexual orientation easier to get away with. However, nobody seems to be voicing concern over discrimination based on appearances...

The town in which I reside in has a large number of gay bars. Nearly every single one of them seems to hire only big, muscular men who work shirtless, often only in tight shorts. Even if the official hiring policies may be nebulius, it is clear which type of person will get the job, and which type of person will not. Much like Hooters or other lame, straight restaurants/bars that only hire busty young women. Why do we give these establishments a free pass ?
