embarrassed to go to a sex shop

i NEED a dildo lol. and i live with family, so ordering it online is a no unfortunately. any tips? anyone been to one before? im thinking of going to one not in my neighborhood, otherwise i will get paranoid lol. why don't sex shops have discreet entrances ?! i think going in is the hardest part. i don't have any friends i trust to go with either unfortunately
