Why is baiting OK?

Hi everyone, This question has been bothering me for a long time now, and I think the frequent news about sexual misconduct allegations has prompted me to actually write about it. It seems to me, that in the gay male community specifically, there seems to be an agreement among everyone that nudes being shared of "baited" straight guys, is ok. It just seems that saving and sharing nudes that were sent to you (or whoever you were catfishing as) is disgusting. What bothers me even more is that they regularly surface basically everywhere you can find gay porn, and that they seem to be received well. Obviously, I dont know how I would control this against straight porn sites, but either way I feel like we should do our best to end the practice in our own community. I'm curious to hear everyone's thoughts or counterarguments on the matter.
