Is This Possible?

I'm sorry if this is stupid or offends anyone... But, is it like possible to go "half trans"? I know there are fluid people, but can you like take hormones and only go half way there so you can still keep the lower half and change back some days? Or this this not advisable cause you're supposed to go all the way with hormones and stuff like that? Your input is greatly appreciated.
