What to expect after 30?

Hey there,basically I'm 34, has not been dating for the last two years. It seems like if you got to a gay bar you only see two demographics: 20yo guys with alcohol problems and 50yo desperate guys who hunt for those kids.The online dating sites and mobile apps seem useless for anything but casual sex, which is something I don't really care about anymore.So, my questions is to anyone who had been where I'm now and managed to move forward: where do you go from here? Did you managed to find a steady partner? Do you have any advice, something you wish someone would have told you when you were at this stage of your life?Thanks in advance!
