The big blind ego of straight men(venting)

I have been noticing an inflation of ego in straight men particularly at my work & double standards applied. Basically apparent grown men still acting like boys. I have vented about this before & will again. I am aware it comes down to many characteristics they carry from their childhood into their adult life, unable to focus on their own behaviour, competitive nature, bigotry & their desperation for attention. The ways in which they can freely talk about their perverted thoughts on women & they think it is acceptable. On walking into the kitchen at my work a group of 20 something year old males watching porn videos of women farting into each others mouths. I went back to work feeling sick! It is unfair, unkind, immature & dumb for men to think they can carry these attitudes.
