I think I am pan.

So for the longest time I've said to myself I'd never just go for a person because of what genitalia they own it's about who they are. Up until now I've gone for women however I've met a cracking guy who I would like to meet further. This is new to me and to be honest my family and friends.How should I go about telling them? Should I wait until thing are serious or just tell them up front? There have been suspicions that I am gay for a while, our family are liberal and open to whatever my freinds too would not mind but to be honest this is terrifying.I'd love some other opinions just to help point me in the right directIon.
