Civil NGO to defend LGBT rights in Egypt

Gay people in Egypt face a lot of legal challenges: they can be put in jail just for expressing their sexual identity. Gay employees can be fired just for being gay. Transgender people, bisexual people, the intersex, and any other sex/sexual/gender minority face similar challenges on the lands of Kemet. All this happens in front of the eyes of the UN and all international human rights organizations, however, the UN helps the Egyptian government to do more, instead of fighting for our rights. This is complicity.I started to think about initiating a non-governmental organization (or institution) to call for LGBTQI+ rights of the Egyptian people, such that this new NGO abides by the Egyptian law that organizes civil society organizations in Egypt. What do you think? The main problem now is money. Can anyone here who is part of a similar NGO help me understand how these financial things work? Are there any international organizations that can fund such activities?
