In need of answers

Hey people of reddit, this is my first post/question that I've asked on here, so forgive me if i do something wrong aha, im also posting from phone, (some background) im 18 and gay, I've known for a long time and im pretty much out to everyone except a few people, never had a proper relationship with a guy, i do want one, its just when i get really interested in a guy on grindr or whatever as soon as they show interest back i lose interest and slowly ignore them and my answers become more blunt, i don't know why this happens and any answer would be appreciated really ~Thanks
