Opinions please: man looking at dick pics in women's underwear - is this gay?

I'm sorry I'm extremely uninformed on the matter. I understand that men in drag/crossdressing is a mostly straight fetish. But what about close-up dick pics in women's underwear? Is this a "warm-up" as it were? Like what men in the closet look at before they're ready to admit they're gay? No offence intended to any groups or fetishes, just want to learn. Any gay men's advice would be super helpful.
