Hole kinda hurts.

Does anyone else have a problem with the rim on your asshole being kinda sore/hurting. Lotion helps so im guessing its just super dry.Is there any way to avoid this or just lotion. Also does shaving/waxing help?? I am kinda hairy back there honestly, and only ever shaved there maybe 3times.
