Gays and nudity

Hi! Sorry for the attention grabbing title (couldn't resist). Anyways, I was working out today and realized that some of straight (assumption) guys who change in the locker usually seem to not care if other guys are looking at them. I think their philosophy is as long as you don't hit on me, you're fine. I was wondering if gay guys are comfortable being naked in front of straight girls like that? What do you guys think?
