Confused on what I am doing wrong

I'm a guy in college. I'm out, and pretty comfortable with where I am at in terms of being out. However, meeting guys just seems impossible. I try to be social, going to events, playing sports, being active. No guy seems to notice me, approach me, or pay me any attention at all. Now, this is fine, as I am comfortable with being on my own. I still want to at least meet other guys though. I'm just not sure what I am doing wrong. Its not that I am overweight, I am decently fit. Furthermore, I usually wear a little pride wristband just so people know I am gay as well. If any you have any advice, or thoughts on my situation, it would be most appreciated.
