Tiny dick, don't know what to do

So I'm in 8th grade, and my dick is tiny. Like, 2 cm. It's starting to make me feel really uncomfortable in dressing rooms and its hurting my self esteem. Espicially because I have crushes on my friends. It feels like it's what holding everything back. My friends are kind but I'm scared to change schools, if i want have as good friends there. I have not really got into puberty, but my friends are all bigger. Id love some comments saying it's allright, but I dont know if it is.(sorry if its a dumb question or wrong place to post.)
