So um what now?

A couple of years ago my mom found out that I was gay in the worst way possible. Now, 3 years, she has no clue I'm gay apparently. I know this because she kept asking if I like any girls or was dating one. So, I have no idea what to do now I don't want to really come out since she doesn't necessarily like gay people but I really don't want her having the wrong idea.
