Maybe he is gay...

I have been friends with this guy for 3 years and we have always had kind of a "flirty friendship"... We have hooked up a few times and one of the times it was sex.. He was moaning more than me (girl moans) and it was a little bit of a turnoff... He owns his own fashion line and is super in to fashion. I looked at his DMs once and he hits up at least 15 random girls a day trying to bang them or just having flirty convos. He has never had a girlfriend though and it doesn't seem to me like he actually ends up hooking up with any of the thousands of girls he hits up all the time. He told me he never likes anyone. I just don't understand him...
