Is there a site I can seek backup help for this?

I need a group of people who are dedicated to hunting down homophobes who post threats online. Whether YouTube or any other site, I just would like some justice to be served for once. There's free speech, and then there's crossing the line. I would like to meet people who can track down those users who posted violent responses. Where do I go to find those who can help me? Reporting the answers doesn't seem to do anything.
