Anyone else?

Feeling super lonely lately. Im 24 years old. In a 5 year LTR with the man of my dreams. Aside from him I'm feeling very lonely in our community. I feel very self conscious of myself and always have this dreading feeling over me that people dont like me and I don't fit in the LGBT community. I don't have very many LGBT friends and I feel as though when I try to make friends people would rather not associate with me. I don't know what to expect from this but any type of help would be appreciated!
