What's the best way to meet guys for a more "real" relationship?

I'm sure this gets asked a lot, and I'm not knocking grindr or tinder or anything, it's just the average user on those is typically after a quick hook up. Which I'm not really after. I'm a more emotionally driven person.It's kind of a problem. I'm 25 and am still pretty inexperienced with dating because I can't seem to find opportunities. But I also don't want to just latch onto the first opportunity I see either just because I want to gain some experience.I've been told dedicated dating websites are a bit more effective, but others say it's better to just get into the "scene" so to speak and naturally meet guys in real life.Just curious since I know a few people here have had successful, real relationships and was wondering how you all met your partners.
