I need a dating advice

So, I want to ask a guy out, but I've never had a conversation with him. Here's some context: We're both juniors at college, we had classes together and since freshman year, it's evident we're into each other.We look at each other all the time, he blushes when I'm near, I shake when he's near and we are really bad at hiding it. I have tried approaching him in the past and all my attempts have gone terrible wrong. I could barely talk and he was evasive and shy and we could barely talk. I lose my hopes and then he comes back for my attention, when he seems to be less interested on me, I parade in front of him 'till he's looking everywhere I go.To sum up, the attraction we feel for the other it's obvious. The only thing I haven't done, well, I tried, but never managed to say the words out loud, is ask him out and I really need to know if he's interested in going out with me, so I could move on or not.Am I being crazy or stalk-y/creepy?? I don't have any romantic experience and I really need to know if he's willing to do it, but I'm scared of turning him off.I would really appreciate if someone could share their inputs about this.Thanks for reading c:
