How do you deal with people who asks why I don't date or try to set me up with a girl?

I am a gay guy in London. I am originally from South Korea which is still harsh to live as a gay person. Not out at all to anyone around me including my family and best friends. From my home country to even in London where I didn't expect to get such questions, many people asks if I have a gf or if I want to date a girl who they can set me up with. I am literally exhausted and thought about just being honest to them but am still not ready to come out to people around me yet. I wonder how you guys deal with that if you get in such a situation. I would appreciate a lot if you share your skill or any pieces of advice..:)
