Education in the LGBTQ+ community

I often feel like the LGBTQ+ community doesn't focus on education as much as it should. Now this is completely my opinion, but I think improvements can and should certainly be made. There are a lot of reasons for why so many LGBTQ+ individuals experience a higher high school dropout rate, I understand that; but there aren't many programs in my experience that are geared towards keeping these kids in school, and I think there should be more of them. I feel like one of the best ways to give yourself the best future possible is to receive an education, and we should focus on education more (again, my opinion). I dunno, I'd just like some input from others on how they feel about this.
