Discussion about cold sores/ mouth herpes

So I recently had a mouth outbreak and was diagnosed with oral herpes. I take herpes test yearly along with other STD panel to make sure I'm healthy and was kinda bummed to see it change. Now I totally agree 100% if you are going to start a relationship to fully disclose everything, but how wrong is it to not disclose when you are at a dance club or concert or EDC or etc. Because 2/3 of people have oral herpes and I highly doubt any of them will suddenly say while in dancing at a club "oh btw I get cold sores on my mouth" before making out. So how do you guys feel about disclosure in that type of setting?
