Anyone else feel like gays have a hard time with commitment?

I am a 22 year old gay guy, not that you could tell by seeing me walk down the street, but my experience with other guys leads me to think that gay guys are afraid of commitment. I meet a nice guy, and I think I am relatively funny and attractive, and we have a nice time, but when it comes to the topic of not just having sex, guys run for the hills. Does anyone else find that gay guys have a hard time settling down?
