Weird issues with future husband

I'm 27 he's 29. When he was young he was a partyer, hooked up at clubs a lot. Went to clubs. Lived life. When I younger I went to college. Worked. Came out of the closet late. Really did nothing fun. Now he and I are older and when I want to go out or do anything, even just go out to dinner he wants to stay home and drink and watch TV. I wanna live life, go out to a park. Go to the mall. Chill anywhere besides where we live (his parents house). And I wanna do it with him. He's my life partner and call silly I think we skills do shit together at least once a week just the two of us. It's getting me so pissed off that he just wants to sit at home with his PJs on drunk and watch the same shows. It's sad. Idk what to do about it. Advice?
