I am going to run my high school's GSA club next year (x-post r/asktransgender)

The last two years the club has been handled well (the name even got changed to Gender Sexuality Alliance) but the leaders have always gotten busy and not been able to hold many meetings. I really want to break this streak and make next year's club really awesome. What would you want to be covered in a club like this and what sort of activities would be interesting to you? Feel free to add anything else that comes to mind.
