i'm shy around guys

Hi reddit! :)I'm a introverted 22 year old guy who just happens to like guys.Unfortunately I am also quite shy around with the same sex and can rarely talk to them or want to meet them. What shall I do?Note: I have no regular friends in the real world, so I can't really ask one of my friends to help me in this (sadly) :(Hope you can help!
