Would LGBT be better without the T?

That is to say, without transgenders. I for one can't take LGBT seriously even if I want to support the LGB community but transgender just seems tacked on and leaching off the others.This is a serious thread, discuss it or downvote and leave, just don't come in here and call me a monster and tell me how triggered you are without defending your view.Posting here in the hope I get serious answers.
