Questions about first time?

Ok so I recently discovered I may be bisexual. I stumbled upon a gay porn site awhile ago and found it extremely arousing. I'm now trying to set up my first experience with another guy, but every time I do he gets here and within two seconds of being through the door I get too nervous and ask him to leave. Any advice on how to remedy this situation?
